Krav Maga
Krav Maga is the official self defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces, and has been taught to hundreds of law enforcement agencies and
thousands of civilians in the United States.
We offer Krav Maga at two facilities in Northern VA serving Reston, Herndon, Alexandria, Annandale, Fairfax, and surrounding cities.
Our leadership is focused on their respective programs and they come together to share techniques with the rest of the school. There is plenty of opportunity to cross train or to go as deep into your core program as you want.
Our instructors are hand picked for their unique experience, their awesome technique, and their dedicated compassion for teaching and sharing their knowledge. Our Instructors are not only champions themselves, they have brought up many champions over their extensive career.
